This is a potent blend of Bu Lang Mountain area plantation tea leaves picked in Spring 2013 and 2014.  It's a powerful tea blend with strong a "in your face" character!   There is some smokiness present, but also a strong thick honey taste and sweetness as well.  The bitterness is not too strong in this tea, which is unique for a Bu Lang tea.    This tea also has a strong cha qi and mouth-water effect and goes many steeps.   

An affordable Bu Lang with the right stuff needed for longer term aging!

"I took a break from drinking puer during the hotter seasons when i bought this tea (July 2022). Now that it's winter and I'm cracking open my cakes and boy, oh boy. Definitely has an "in your face" character with a cha qi to match. Sweet, some smokiness, but very juicy. Would recommend for the seasoned drinker as it's a potent and enjoyable tea. May be too much, cha qi wise, for someone starting out but that's up to them."
