This is an excellent black tea. I suppose I didn't need to state that again since it's already in the title, but it's definitely warranted in this case. I'm a longtime fan of black teas, so I like to think I'm well-versed enough in them that I can instantly pick out a good black tea vs one that is "not a good tea" as mentioned in another review. T
...Read MoreRead more about This is an excellent black tea. Ihere's absolutely no astringency in this tea if you actually know how to brew it, which apparently is not a prerequisite when buying tea. Folks, don't let that one review sway your decision. The fact that the tea has the word "fruity" in the name or description does not indicate that you're getting a bottle of Peach Snapple. To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure why so many people get into tea and want sweet or fruity flavors, and then they're disappointed when the tea doesn't taste like something you can buy at a gas station to wash down a bag of Doritos. What I am sure about, however, is that this tea hits all the right notes for a black tea. It's refreshing and it has enough maltiness to satisfy that malt craving I can only find in black teas. And yes, it's also sweet-ish (not to be confused with Swedish) and fruity, but again, if you're looking for Snapple or Arizona, perhaps skip this one and head over to your local convenience store and get what you're actually looking for.
