This is a gong ting grade tea cake made by Menghai area producer Heng Tong Hao (恒桐号)!  Pressed from semi-aged gong ting grade ripe tea leaves this tea cake offers up a thick and sweet dried fruit taste with a smooth mouth-feel.  At the time of offering this (August 2019) tea cake is aged enough that there is no real noticeable wet pile taste at all!
