"I bought this one to age many years ago. I've tasted it once a year since. I'm not convinced it is ever going to turn a corner. If it did, I don't think it would be worth it. There is still a lot of wet pile in the flavor, but very little else. There is nothing sweet or honey-like about it. All that is left is bitter, astringent, and stale. Aging it further would just bring it closer to tasteless. Expensive mistakes are valuable lessons."
