Well balanced Tea

"This is a very nice black tea. The maltiness is balanced well with a nice fruity purple varietal flavor. I pushed the tea hard and it didn’t get astringent or bitter. It’s an easy drinker for sure. I got 10+ infusions pushing the last 5 at 210f for about a minute. The fruit drops off in the later infusions leaving a nice, soft, sweet malt flavor. Excellent tea!"

Honey with fruits

"It’s my first time trying a Purple Voodoo cake, and now I get why this tea is so popular. This complex tea has a lot going on. It has floral and fruity flavors (peach and tejocote maybe?), with honey like sweetness and a soft malty character. There is a hint of eucalyptus smell in the wet leaves. I love how the fruity aftertaste stays with you long after the last sip. A unique and lovely tea!"
