Please remember that in order for a discount code, BOGO code or loyalty points voucher code to work, you must enter it into the appropriate box when you check out!
Discounts are not automatic, so if you don't enter the sale code mentioned on the banner at the top the page, you're not going to get the discount. They work like coupons at the grocery store, in that simply having a coupon doesn't get you a discount, but giving the coupon to the cashier will make the discount apply.
BOGO items must be added to your cart before checkout! They, too, are like coupons at the grocery store. You may have a coupon for a free box of cereal, but if you don't bring the box of cereal to the checkout line, you're not getting a free box of cereal.
Only one code can be used per order! We're not being stingy; that's just how Shopify works. If you want to use a discount code, you'll have to save the BOGO for another time.
If for some reason you're having trouble with a discount code, please email us before completing your order! Our customer support team will be happy to assist you, but we need to know before your order is completed since Shopify doesn't allow us to add codes to an order once it's already been submitted. Just send an email to Customer Support and we'll assist you as soon as possible!
