Quite sweet with a great thick and silky texture. Not a fan when brewed Western style but in a gaiwan starting at 30s brews with +10-15s per gets 4-5 great sessions before the flavor starts to fade.

Strong bodied, buttery smooth, and lots of flavor! For me a lower temp around 180°f produced the best flavor while keeping the bitterness down. (Gongfu style, ~1g/20ml)
