Raw Pu-erh Tea

This is exactly what I wanted for an every day gaiwan. It's larger than average with a broad base. The finish is not slippery, so it never feels like its going to slip out of my hands. I would buy again for sure!

My wife and I love this Imperial Grade Bi Luo Chun and drink it every day. The quality, freshness and taste can’t be beat!

It fits wonderfully in my hand and is a good size relationship to my smaller gaiwans. It was heavier than I expected but i have come to enjoy that compared to my porcelain cups. The gold catches the eye in surprising ways.

Beautifully crafted and withstands the hot temperatures of tea I put in it

The top compartment is not vacuum, sealed the way the bottom, larger, drinking compartment is, so it can get hot on the top, which is something to know. However, it holds roughly the same amount as the bottom, which is not obvious in the picture, and it does exactly what it is advertised to do and filters very well, with minimal sediment going into the insulated portion.

One other tip is to hold it 45°, which helps the water transfer better from one section to the other when brewing.

All in all happy with this, especially as a reward option.
