It was heavier than I expected but i have come to enjoy that compared to my porcelain cups. The gold catches the eye in surprising ways.On Intergalactic Meteorite Tea CupTTaylor L.Verified Buyer5.0 star rating03/30/25Perfect for hot teaReview by Taylor L. on 30 Mar 2025 review stating Perfect for hot teaBeautifully crafted and withstands the hot temperatures of tea I put in itOn "Beneath the Surface" Glass Cha Hai for Gong Fu ChaDDavid G.Verified Buyer5.0 star rating03/29/25A bit hot but worth itReview by David G. on 29 Mar 2025 review stating A bit hot but worth itThe top compartment is not vacuum, sealed the way the bottom, larger, drinking compartment is, so it can get hot on the top, which is something to know. However, it holds roughly the same amount as the bottom, which is not obvious in the picture, and it does exactly what it is advertised to do and filters very well, with minimal sediment going into the insulated portion.
One other tip is to hold it 45°, which helps the water transfer better from one section to the other when brewing.
All in all happy with this, especially as a reward option. On SAMA Portable Gong Fu Insulated Glass FlaskPPatrick B.Verified Buyer5.0 star rating03/28/25Really nice introduction to teasReview by Patrick B. on 28 Mar 2025 review stating Really nice introduction to teasReally nice introduction to teas not generally available in the US. Light earthy sweetness to it. Has a very familiar and comforting taste. Great brewed in a thermos at boiling. Impossible to oversteep. On 2023 Yunnan Sourcing "Mu Shu Cha" Raw Pu-erh Tea CakeOriginal price $39.50 - Original price $39.50Original price$39.50$39.50 - $39.50Current price $39.50| /Out of stockA classic Xiaguan tuo cha recipe, "Da Zhong" means popular and originally it was sold at a cheaper price than Jia Ji and Te Ji tuo.
