Very nice floral aroma and sweetness when brewed at a slightly lower temperature, around 80c was my sweet spot. Very high clarity, good for about 4 or 5 steep

This is my first time trying a cake that was blended from different types of tea, and the combination works remarkably well. There is a malty-sweet component, and a fresh bright herbal component that balances perfectly. It is sweet without being heavy, with the best characters of both the black tea and white tea shining through.
