This young sheng is a delight when treated properly. Over do it and it will reveal it's true power. I have been running this as a daily brew for a couple of weeks and it's enjoyable. Sweet with good mouth feel. A touch of bitter but it makes you want to sip some more with a slate-y finish. A very, very good tea. Full green leaves brew up beautifully. I brew mainly western style, here using 2 gm for 8 oz (240 mL) and 180 deg F water although, like many whites, I would think this a very forgiving teas when brewing and hard to oversteep.
