I’ve been eat berries a lot lately since they are in season, and this tea has some fruity/berry-like aromas and flavors with a refreshing astringency that keeps you coming back for another sip. This and another sample I received have me excited to explore all of the “aged as mao cha” offerings.

Superb! A nice, complex flavor profile with hints of parsley and celery, and a nutty background. I steeped it for just over 2 minutes at 175 degrees F. Enjoy!
