I had my brain turned off about the tea, just sipping, enjoying it without dissecting the tea as I do when I'm concentrated. Took a sip, and about 5 minutes later I think: "hmm with each sip I first get a thick creamy texture, but after that, I get a bubbly fizzy mineral texture that feels like soda. And then it clicked: THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED CREAM SODA! hahahaha! The name is not a lie, it truly fits it perfectly 🤣
Apart from that, I got notes of vanilla birthday cake with buttercream frosting and blackberry jam. The tea lasts a long time, balanced astringency and by the 5th steep it gets sugary sweet, very mouthwatering.
