Refreshing and magical

I ordered this as soon as the 2025 harvest was listed, and it's saving my life on these 100+ degree Texan days! I like to do a gongfu session with it in the evening, and then cold brew the used buds in a big mason jar overnight. I can even get a second and third cold brew from the same buds, if I'm careful not to pour them out of the jar.

There was a strong taste of dill and cucumber when it first arrived, but after 6 weeks in a dark closet those flavors have faded significantly, and it's now just delightfully fresh and floral. I'm looking forward to seeing if it changes more over the next few months, if I can keep from using it up for that long! Read Less
