Nothing quite like itReview by Richard B. on 19 Aug 2025 review stating Just Buy It. Nothing quite like itThis new-to-me Spring Buds tea was full of surprises. The first couple of sessions I had no idea how to handle it and made a few over/under errors then parked it awhile on a longterm tea stash. Then after a couple weeks I dug it out and nailed the steeps. What an aroma and taste - it etched its signature in my brain. Seriously. Calls out to me. Light but penetrating. Notes of honey and an unidentified floral wisp. Many steeps depending on how many buds. Oversteeping is error. The best temp for me is 185-195F, short for the beginnings. Longer/later
Very low tannins, very low astringency per above. I’m hooked. Will buy more to shelve and see how it developsOn Early Spring "Sun-Dried Buds" Wild Pu-erh Tea VarietalSSeth F.Verified Buyer5.0 star rating08/16/25Easily one of my favorite teasReview by Seth F. on 16 Aug 2025 review stating Easily one of my favorite teasThis tea has a very pleasant mix of fruity flavors from the tangerine, and also a very nice earthy flavor reminiscent of Pu'er. The mouth feel is very smooth and lubricating, although not as thick as some teas I've had. There isn't even a hint of bitterness, no matter how many infusions I made. Speaking of infusions, I've done 17 gongfu style infusions of one of these treasures, and it's still going strong. It probably peaked in flavor around number 6-7, but it still has 0 bitterness and is giving plenty of flavors.
I would easily recommend this tea to anyone who likes fruity flavors, or is a fan of Pu'er. I will keep the other 2 treasures as a special treat to share with close friends or family who are into tea, as I want more people to get to try this absolutely awesome tea. It probably sounds like I'm a paid actor writing this lol, but I just think this tea is way too awesome to have 0 reviews. On Fuding "Three Treasure" White Tea in Tangerine with Rice StalkTTrudy C.Verified Buyer5.0 star rating08/15/25You have not quality greenReview by Trudy C. on 15 Aug 2025 review stating You have not quality greenYou have not quality green tea until you have tried this grade and picking from Yunnan Sourcing.
