Green Tea

My wife & I love these little sticky rice puer cakes. We get multiple steeps from one cake.

My partner & I are avid tea drinkers, but pretty new to white teas. We've tried a few of the ones we received, and this one holds up nicely. The tea is light, but flavorful, and the floral notes come out with additional flushes. The most remarkable part was the velvety mouthfeel! Very pleasing to drink hot, and we've loved it lightly sweetened as an iced tea as well. & I have to say, the mini bricks are convenient!

this tea tastes so lovely - so floral and refreshing.

When i drink this tea, it's like enjoying a savory vegetable stew. Very hardy, very smooth with a full and satisfying mouthfeel. There is a blink-and-you'll-miss-it creamy finish that really ties it all together. I wouldn't call it earthy or minerally which is rare and a little weird for any good ripe pu-erh but this works. I'd say this is a good weekend late afternoon sipper just before you get ready to go out on the town. Strangely, and I don't know how to explain it away, but this is a good tea for enjoying mid Spring. It satisfies and refreshes on those muggy yet still overcast days as flowers pop and leaves harden off for Summer. Definitely meant to be enjoyed on your patio or deck after a long repotting binder.
